The Role:

A vacancy has arisen in our Sales Department for selling information security and physical security consultancy services to the UK public sector (Government, Police and NHS) and the wider commercial sectors. The role will involve self-generation of leads through proactive telecalling, establishing a decision maker, educating the client on the benefits of the solutions, attending sales meetings supported by proposal and quote generation and subsequent account management following successful sales closure. This is a full sales cycle role and the successful candidate will be expected to take full responsibility for his/her accounts. Full service portfolio training will be provided.

This company is a rapidly expanding consultancy with a unique approach to holistic security solutions. The company operates in a small, family environment where all employees are part of the team.

The Location:

This role is predominantly home based.

The Candidate:

  • 1+ years of industry experience
  • A proven track record in sales from prospecting to sales closure
  • Solutions/Consultative Sales experience essential
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • An excellent approach to business development with the confidence to take knockbacks in their stride
  • Experience in a services sector is preferred but not essential
  • Experience of using a CRM system is essential (the internal system is SugarCRM)


The Package:

Basic Salary:          Competitive Salary and uncapped Commission offered

Targets:                  Current targets are set at c£500,000

In addition, we offer 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, payment into a company pension scheme and reasonable expenses including mileage and subsistence.
