The interaction in a virtual environment is always difficult but Michelle delivered the content, so it was interesting, easy to follow, and allowed for reflective moments. The trainer’s knowledge of the subject was excellent and ensured engagement with the students throughout.

I particularly enjoyed the session which highlighted the smart technology we all now take for granted but how it was open to cyber-attacks and really brought home how open we are to divulging our data, without realising it!!
