A great conversation with Tony Porter as Advent IM left the comfort of the podcast HQ and headed out to the NSI Summit at the NEC. Some background noise from the event but it didn’t manage to spoil a very worthwhile discussion on a wide range of topics. This included the first two years of the Surveillance Camera Strategy, Data Protection and surveillance, and working with our very own Mike Gillespie to get cyber security embedded across the Commissioner’s workstreams; supporting the strategy, toolbox and future endeavours as technology rolls forward and risks to privacy increase.
