4-Day Audit Service – Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Overview

This promotional offer applies to a four (4) day audit service purchased between 6 July 2026 and 30 September 2026.

The standard audit fee is £4,500 + VAT. A 10% discount is available subject to the payment terms outlined below.

2. Promotional Pricing

Where the conditions of this offer are met, the discounted pricing is as follows:

• Audit cost (excl. VAT): £4,050
• Total cost (incl. VAT): £4,860

3. Eligibility for Discount

To qualify for the 10% discount, one of the following conditions must be met:

Option A – Upfront Payment

• Full payment must be made in advance via credit card (Stripe or equivalent)
• Payment must be received no later than 30 September 2026

Option B – Invoicing Option

• Customers may request invoicing instead of upfront payment
• The latest date an invoice can be issued is 31 August 2026
• All invoiced amounts must be paid in full by 30 September 2026

Important:
If an invoice is not raised by 31 August 2026, the discounted rate will no longer apply.

4. Payment Methods

Customers may choose from the following payment options:

• Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe): Payment required in full at time of booking
• Invoice: Issued upon request by 31^st August 2026

5. Standard Pricing Applicability

The discounted rate is strictly conditional on meeting the timelines above.

If these conditions are not met:

• The full audit price of £4,500 + VAT will apply

6. Booking Confirmation

Audit dates are subject to availability and are only confirmed once:

• Payment has been received in full, or
• A valid invoice has been raised within the stated timeframe

7. Delivery Scope

The audit includes a four-day engagement, delivered by qualified specialists, and is fully inclusive of expenses.

8. General

• This offer is valid only for bookings made between 6 July 2026 and 30 September 2026
• The organisation reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time prior to booking confirmation
